For those who aren’t familiar with it, my Living With a Dream music compilation is a selection of inspirational songs, with each being selected because it conveys an inspirational message toward achieving a full, happy life. “What You’re Looking For” is one of my favorites.
The words that make this song especially meaningful for me are “trouble less, surrender more”, which to me is about being more present in the moment and not worrying so much about tomorrow. By focusing on the “here and now” and the things we can control vs. those we can’t, we create a more fulfilling and peaceful life.
