I always look to share acts of kindness in the hope that others will be inspired. It doesn’t matter how big the act of kindness is, they’re all worth sharing, but this one turned out to be a lot bigger than planned!
Daniel, a 17 year old with Down Syndrome wanted to go to his homecoming dance but he was turned down. That’s when Kylie, who’s a 10th grader, stepped up to help. Her simple act of kindness prompted a wonderful night of surprises that no one could have imagined!
Most of us never get recognized for our acts of kindness, but we feel good within ourselves and that’s what really matters. Kylie also felt good, but the additional recognition she received was well deserved. After watching this story I hope you’re inspired to offer an act of kindness too.
