It’s easy to get discouraged, especially when you have a lot on your plate and nothing seems to be going right. It is always important to show gratitude with everything that you do, and remember that even in your darkest hours, there is always something to be thankful for.
We all need a little prompting sometimes to remember to be grateful, so don’t hesitate to share with others what you are grateful for today and encourage them to share their gratitude as well!
Your gratitude doesn’t have to be for something huge; in fact, it is more fun when you are grateful for the little things! A warm cup of coffee on a cold day, hitting all the green lights during your commute, the sun shining through a window to warm you up on the couch…. Whatever it is, chose appreciation and gratitude in everything that you do! The positive vibes will travel far and keep that ripple effect alive.
