What a great way for new moms to get a little exercise… and socialize at the same time! Dancing to a choreographed routine set to Sugar Ray’s “Fly” looks like fun, and the babies seem to love it too!
When working toward your goal you have to be able to incorporate all the other things that life brings along the way. For instance, these moms get their exercise and their babies become part of the fun.
Think about the things in your life that may seem like they’re preventing you from working toward your goal, and then think just a bit more about how you can incorporate them into your plan. You’ll find that there’s a lot of truth in the old adage “when there’s a will, there’s a way”!
