It’s common for people to feel a bit down and lonely this time of year now that the holidays are over and we’re in the middle of winter. It’s colder outside (and inside too), the days are shorter, and it’s not as easy to get out into the world.
Many people hesitate to reach out when they’re feeling down and troubled, so I thought I’d encourage you to do just that if you need to. It’s very likely that the person you reach out to needs it too.
This song, “You’ve Got A Friend” by James Taylor, has helped lots of people through lonely times, and I hope it reminds you that you’ve got a friend here – and lots of them too – at Begin with Yes.
