This just seems like such a wonderful idea! Imagine the behavior you’d fall into if you were in a jail cell and felt all alone and unloved. You’d probably be pretty resentful, depressed, angry, or have some other negative reaction to your predicament.
Then along comes a helpless, abandoned dog who looks to you for a bit of love and affection, and gives it back in spades. Both lives finally find a platform for positive growth.
This is a wonderful story of how dogs change inmates lives, but when you think about it, a little love is what makes it possible for all of us to change our lives.
